This patient is 36 years old. She presented with complaints of heavy and sagging breasts. She had a bilateral mastopexy with breast reduction using a wise pattern incision. She had 220 grams of tissue removed from her right breast and 200 grams of tissue removed from her left breast. Her post-operative photographs show pleasing well rounded breasts.
