This patient wanted facial rejuvenation but did not wish to have a facelift. She elected to have an endoscopic browlift, lower lid blepharoplasty, and fat transfers to her nasal labial folds, marionette lines, jowls, and mid-face. Her post-operative photos taken at two months show a much younger and refreshed appearance.
