Fees for service at Southwest Michigan Plastic & Hand Surgery vary, based on the amount of time required to perform your procedure, as well as supplies, operating room fees, and anesthesiologist fees. If your procedure requires breast implants, that is added into the total, as well. When you visit with us for your private consultation, you’ll leave with a complete description of all fees involved in your transformation, so you’ll be completely informed about your investment in yourself.
There are three methods of payment for services at our Southwest Michigan plastic surgery practice:
Most of the procedures performed in our office are not covered by health insurance, with the exception of hand surgery and treatments, reconstructive surgery, and certain post-body-sculpting procedures for those with massive weight loss.
During your private consultation, Dr. Elluru will let you know if he believes that your procedure might be covered all or in part by your health insurance provider. We are under contract with several major commercial insurance carriers, but the list can change from time to time. To find out whether or not we are covered under your specific plan, give us a call at 269-329-0655 and ask for our billing department.
If your procedure doesn’t qualify for health insurance reimbursement, Southwest Michigan Plastic & Hand Surgery accepts payment in the form of cash, check, debit card, or cashiers check.
Budgeting your beauty means you don’t have to put your health and beauty needs on hold until you save up enough money.
The options include payment via credit card, a home equity line of credit (which may also have tax benefits) or private financing through our financing partner, Care Credit, that specialize in cosmetic procedures. If you’d like to finance your procedure through Care Credit, simply submit an online application using the link below.
We’re adding additional financing partners to better serve you, so check back soon!
CareCredit® can help you get the procedure you want. It can be used for surgical, non-surgical and skincare treatments. There are no up-front or annual fees, no prepayment penalties, and a broad range of programs are available, ranging from 12-60 months.
CareCredit® works like a credit card, but is reserved for healthcare services. You can use your card for one surgery procedure or for multiple procedures, skincare treatments or anti-aging treatments like Botox®, Dysport® or dermal fillers.
